Training venues

 

Close to all our accommodation there are superb training facilities which are free to use by our clients.

 

These include:

 

  • Tartan athletics tracks
  • Gyms
  • Urban parks
  • Beaches
  • 1000s of kilometres of trails

We can also arrange bike hire and the use of swimming pools (email for more details)

 

 

A 7 day training camp will typically involve:

 

KEY SESSIONS

  • 3 guided runs (with possible cut-offs and extensions)
  • a time trial/ handicapped race

 

EASIER DAYS

  • 2 easy days (arrival and departure days)
  • 1 rest day with a possible excursion or cross-training
