This maisonette is ideally situated for those who want a warm weather training camp. With an athletics track within walking distance and quiet roads/ trails nearby you will have no excuse for not setting a PB in your next race.
With the airport only 10 minutes away and the tourist resort of Playa del Inglés 15 minutes by car you are in the perfect position to discover the island.
The house is in a quiet residental neighbourhood close to supermarkets and restaurants. Public transport links are very good, however it is recommended to hire a car* for atleast a few days so you can enjoy the stunning mountain scenery (and maybe do some altitude training).
7 people can sleep comfortably in the house, however up to 10 adults can stay.
| Bedrooms: | Upstairs: Master bedroom with queen size bed and comfortable sofa. Downstairs: Bedroom 2 with double bed. Downstairs: Bedroom 3 with double sofabed. In the same room two single beds may be added extras. |
| Bathrooms: | Upstairs is also the main bathroom with bath / shower, WC and bidet. Downstairs WC. |
| Kitchen: | Well equipped kitchen with all facilities: refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, water heater, iron and all you need for a comfortable stay. |
| Living Rooms: | The dining room has a very large table for 8 people. A sofa in the evening transforms into a comfortable sofa bed for two adults. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: | All furniture is new. Very comfortable mattresses. Sheets, duvets and towels are purchased new each year. Weekly cleaning and linen changed. Extra cleaning can be arranged. |

Booking:
Weekly stay: Prepayment of 50% of the total amount at time of booking transferred to our bank account. A deposit of the same amount must be paid on arrival. The deposit will be refunded the day of departure.
2 plus weeks stay: Prepayment of 40% of the total amount at time of booking transferred to our bank account. The rest of the rental fee and a deposit of 40% of the total amount must be paid on arrival. The deposit will be refunded day of departure.
