Training Camp (Arucas Road Relays) 2010

This Training Camp is designed to give clubs/ groups a good mix of training and racing in the Canarian Winter Sun. The camp starts on Sunday the 5th of December (however we can accommodate any arrival or departure date) and takes in the Arucas Road Relays on Monday the 6th, giving you plenty of time to spend the rest of your week training and enjoying the sun.

 

The race:

The 4th annual Arucas Road Relays will be held on the roads around the beautiful cathedral town of Arucas. 

 

This race has 5 stages ranging from 4.7km to 9km, and has some large money prizes up for grabs.

 

Leg 1- 7.1kms

Leg 2- 4.7kms

Leg 3- 9.6kms

Leg 4- 5.2kms

Leg 5- 8.1kms

 

The Arucas Road Relays offer clubs the perfect opportunity to get away together, to get some excellent winter training in and to race against some of Spain's top clubs.

 

 

Training:

Our training camps cater for all types of runner and provide a good mix of road, track and trail. A lot of the training we provide takes place in Gran Canaria's stunning interior. You will not be disappointed.
