Stevenage Race for Life 2010

On Sunday Active Canaria attended the Stevenage Race for Life, to show their support for Alison Hill, Rachel Thomas and Julie Roper. Between them they raised more then £900 for Cancer Research! and all of them acheived their own personal goals during the race.

Alison Hill had an amazing race, finishing in 5th position (out of 2700 runners), her time of just under 23mins was over 4 minutes faster than the time she ran last year, showing that all her hard training has paid off.
